Crystal has a true passion for art and design. she took as many elective art classes as she could throughout her middle and high school years. During her senior year of high school, she made the decision to pursue a career involving her artistic talents and enrolled in college at Pittsburgh Technical College for Graphic Design.

Graduating from Ptc in 2003, she interned and eventually started a full-time position at Weaver Media Group, an advertising agency in Steubenville, ohio. After family matters caused the agency to move and down-size, she landed a job as the lead in-house Graphic Designer at Davis distribution Systems. A year later, she decided to go back to school to learn more about business marketing and pursued a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at West Liberty University.

While in school, she worked at Ball Corporation helping with business and design work at their Weirton branch. She also learned a lot of valuable project management skills working with the Lean manufacturing corporate team on many projects.

Crystal graduated and starting working full-time at a local radio station managing all of the digital media for 2 radio stations in Weirton, WV, along with 2 stations in DuBois, PA. She spent 7 years working for Priority Communications before she decided to do freelance design work as well as personal training on her own, which is her current occupation since 2016.

Since graduating at PTC, she has been a freelance graphic designer with “CrystalRox Design”, competitive powerlifter, and owner of Iron Alliance Gear – where she designed and sold apparel for gym enthusiasts.
